Biography
Ramsey Michael has worked in the fields of recruitment, human resources, and resource process outsourcing since 1994. His extensive experience has given him unique insight into the subjects of employee relations, strategic hiring, risk mitigation, and market intelligence. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered talent programs to five global organizations. In his role as the director of talent management at PDS, he takes pride in contributing to the overall health and happiness of patients by developing recruiting programs to address the staffing needs of our supported offices nationwide.
In his spare time, Ramsey enjoys hiking, volunteering, and traveling the world, and he is also an avid car enthusiast.

Ramsey received a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix, in Arizona.
