Periodontists lead the clinical periodontal care for multiple PDS-supported practices. They are independent contractors that provide patients the necessary treatments as referred by general practice dentists within their region. Supported by traveling dental assistants, periodontists enjoy dedicated operatories and state-of-the-art equipment at the practices they serve.

Associate Dentist, Pediatric

Associate pediatric dentists work in PDS-supported pediatric practices, providing essential care for children’s oral health in a safe, fun environment. While honing their clinical skills, associate pediatric dentists enjoy mentorship, shoulder-to-shoulder coaching, and complimentary continuing education, while working toward potential future ownership opportunities. 

Oral Surgeon

As independent contractors, oral surgeons travel to PDS-supported practices to provide the highest level of care to patients referred by general practice dentists. Supported by highly skilled assistants, oral surgeons work in dedicated operatories featuring the latest proven dental technology, along with front-office support for non-clinical details.


Orthodontists contract with PDS-supported owner dentists, and have access to the latest tools, equipment, and treatment modalities to deliver the best possible modern orthodontic care. Supported by specialty dental assistants, orthodontists provide an essential part of the comprehensive care provided by PDS-supported practices.
