Pacific Dental Services Founder and CEO Stephen E. Thorne IV Receives Dental Luminary Award

University of Sharjah Dental Student Association (USDSA) recognizes PDS leader for revolutionizing the dental industry

IRVINE, CALIF., April 1, 2021 – Pacific Dental Services® (PDS) CEO and Founder, Stephen E. Thorne IV was honored with the Dental Luminary Award from the University of Sharjah Dental Student Association (USDSA) at the virtual 9th International Students’ Dental Conference (ISDC) on Sunday, March 14. The ISDC has become one of the most well-known international student meetings, with over 900 attendees. The theme for this year’s conference was “Digital Dentistry, Done Differently.” The annual conference is open to dental students and young dentists from around the globe and unites multidisciplinary elite dentists, specialists and researchers under one roof, giving students and young dentists exposure to different schools of thought and advanced procedures.

The Dental Luminary Award presented by USDSA to Mr. Thorne recognized his contributions to the dental industry and for revolutionizing dental education worldwide.

In addition to receiving this prestigious award, Mr. Thorne served as a keynote speaker at the conference. In the panel, “Leading a Successful and Sustainable Clinical Practice: How to Stand Out,” Mr. Thorne shared insights on what makes a successful dental practice, methods for creating the Perfect Patient Experience®, and how to establish Patients For Life.
