Pacific Dental Services Leader Daniel Burke to Discuss COVID-19 Response in New Nixon Peabody Virtual Event

Business leaders will discuss navigating organizations through an unprecedented health crisis

IRVINE, CALIF. November 15, 2020 – Leading dental support organization Pacific Dental Services (PDS®) announces Daniel Burke, Chief Enterprise Strategy Officer and General Counsel, will be a featured speaker at the Nixon Peabody “NP Connects: Virtual Series” on Thursday, December 17 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PDT. During the virtual event, Burke will join fellow business leaders for a panel on how their organizations navigated the effects of COVID-19.  The impactful discussion will include insight into how PDS was able to quickly pivot its service model to help its supported practices during the earlier days of the COVID-19 crisis, including adding teledentistry capability, adopting additional safety measures and advocating to keep dental practices open to avoid the health consequences of delaying needed dental care. Prior to joining PDS in 2011, Burke held senior management positions at leading global retail, manufacturing, and consumer products companies, including oversight of administration, strategy, legal, and human resources, as well as sales and new market-entry leadership positions. His current responsibilities at PDS include oversight of the following departments:  Enterprise Strategy and Revenue Operations. Burke also serves as the General Counsel, overseeing the Legal, Legislative Affairs, and Compliance functions for PDS. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Orange County.
