Pacific Dental Services® receptionists set the tone for the patient visit. You’re a bright light who makes a wonderful first impression and knows how to build a rapport with patients. Because you’re the liaison between front office and back office, you’re always organized and pay attention to the details of operation.
What The Receptionist Does
You schedule and confirm appointments. You post charges and payments, as well as help with the patient flow from front office to back office. You make patients feel at ease by providing them with a good first impression of the practice. You create patient files and respond to patient inquires by phone, email and in person.
