What The Operations Manager Does
After getting hired, you’ll participate in our best-in-class training to understand how to run a PDS® affiliated dental office. You’ll learn about staffing strategies, how to drive revenue and grow profits, how to use problem-solving skills to effectively communicate to co-workers, how to use financial tools for targeted objectives. You’ll also learn our methods for imparting PDS culture, values and mission, and ways to devise and implement best operational practices. It sounds like a lot, but you’re up for the challenge.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who is energetic and has strong problem-solving skills. This is a vital role within PDS, so we also need 3+ years of operations leadership in a service-oriented environment. We also would like you to have P & L management experience.
