Owner Dentists who are successful in an office and have demonstrated leadership abilities are eligible for an additional office. Following essentially the same formula:

	The Dentist and PDS invest in a new site
	The Dentist then shares in the profitability and equity of the new service company
	The Dentist splits time between the practices
