President and Founder

Stephen Thorne, BA, MHA, founded Pacific Dental Services in 1994 when he entered into his first dental practice management contract in Costa Mesa, California. Steve received his BA from UCLA and his Master's in Health Administration from Chapman University. His approach is encapsulated in the Company Belief Statements.

Gary Tinseth,
Chief Administration Officer

Gary Tinseth joined PDS in 2006 with over 20 years of management information and general business administration experience. He has spent the last several years applying that vast experience in the dental practice management industry. Gary attended the University of California, Los Angeles.

Brady Aase,
Chief Financial Officer

Brady Aase joined PDS in 1996 and has served the organization in several capacities including Controller, Director of Accounting Operations and VP of Finance.  Brady holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Jon Thorne,
Sr. Vice President of Operations

Jon Thorne, with the company since inception, is directly responsible for the results of the Orange County, North San Diego County, Sacramento and Arizona offices. Prior to joining PDS™, Jon attended the University of California at Santa Barbara.
