Stephen Thorne, President and Founder
Stephen Thorne, BA, MHA, founded Pacific Dental Services in 1994 when he entered into his first dental practice management contract in Costa Mesa, California. Steve received his BA from UCLA and his Master's in Health Administration from Chapman University. His approach is encapsulated in the Company Belief Statements.

Gary Tinseth, Vice President of Administration
Gary Tinseth joined PDS in 2006 with over 20 years of management information and general business administration experience. He has spent the last several years applying that vast experience in the dental practice management industry. Gary attended the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jon Thorne, Vice President of Operations
Jon Thorne, with the company since inception, is directly responsible for the results of the Orange County, North San Diego County, Sacramento and Arizona offices. Prior to joining PDS™, Jon attended the University of California at Santa Barbara.

David Bryant, Vice President of De Novo & Strategic Analysis
David Bryant is directly responsible for the results of all de novo offices and specialty practices. David received his BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has been with the company since its founding.

Joanna Rodgers, Vice President of Operations
Joanna Rodgers is directly responsible for the results in the Inland Empire, North/South San Diego and Nevada. Prior to joining PDS Joanna spent 7 years developing, managing and growing private and group practices. Joanna has been with the company since inception in 1994.

Brady Aase, Vice President of Finance
Brady Aase joined PDS in 1995 after several years at Coopers & Lybrand. Brady holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Ken Davis, Vice President of Dentist Development
Ken Davis joined PDS in 2003, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the development and management of dental practices throughout the USA and Canada. Ken holds a BA from St. Thomas University in Minnesota and a JD from the William Mitchell School of Law.
