That’s where we come in. Pacific Dental Services now offers externship programs tailored to your precise needs in all PDS®-supported dental offices. You’ll have a development plan to follow that will provide structure to your day when working as a dental assistant extern. The development plan will guide you through your externship ensuring you are developing vital skills needed for your dental assistant career.

We put a lot of effort into making our Externship Program a success. While we prefer to partner with schools that are ADA-accredited, we also work with many that are not. We are always looking for dental assistants who want to make a real difference in the rewarding field of modern dentistry and who embrace the idea of a true mentorship.
