The Operations Manager is an established leader who is service-minded and empathetic. Your optimism fuels your keen ability to solve problems. Establishing processes and increasing revenue go hand-in-hand, because you know an efficient practice is a profitable one. The future of PDS is in your hands. Well, not entirely. But you will help shape the way our company grows, which is very important to us.
What the Operations Manager Does
After getting hired, you’ll participate in our best-in-class training to understand how to run a PDS affiliated dental office. You’ll learn about staffing strategies, how to drive revenue and grow profits, how to use problem-solving skills to effectively communicate to co-workers, how to use financial tools for targeted objectives. You’ll also learn our methods for imparting PDS culture, values and mission, and ways to devise and implement best operational practices. It sounds like a lot, but you’re up for the challenge.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who is energetic and has strong problem-solving skills. This is a vital role within PDS, so we also need 3+ years of operations leadership in a service-oriented environment. We also would like you to have P&L management experience.
What’s In It For You
In addition to the limitless career roadmap that awaits the highly-competent, self-motivated Operations Manager, PDS offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental & vision benefits, 401k savings plan, company-paid holidays, vacation and personal time, as well as tuition reimbursement. At Pacific Dental Services, our quest for excellence inspires everything we do—starting with our desire to acquire and appreciate the most qualified, committed associates. We encourage team members to develop their distinctive talents and strengths—and embrace an entrepreneurial spirit that rewards individual achievement. This mutually-beneficial relationship creates a tradition of family at Pacific Dental Services.
